No. The real lift is about 30 minutes total: read the advance copy at your own pace (a few sittings), then one post + one review on launch day. Everything else — graphics, post copy, timing — is done for you. The Slack is optional; some people lurk, some chat daily.

Yes. The book is HR-generous, not HR-bashing. I'm an HR leader. It's written by someone inside the building for people inside the building. A lot of Launch Team members are HR or People Ops. You're in good company.
No. You get the digital copy free. If you want to pre-order the paperback to support the launch that's a bonus — never required.
